BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a simple, nonsurgical treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Treatment typically takes 10 minutes and involves tiny injections of BOTOX® Cosmetic into the affected area. Within days there's a noticeable improvement in frown lines between the brows, which can last up to four months. BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium, which reduces the activity of the muscles that cause wrinkles to form over time.

JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel
JUVÉDERM® is a smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronic acid—a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. During treatment, Dr. Vilar eases JUVÉDERM® injectable gel under the skin to restore your skin's volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, like your "smile lines" or nasolabial folds—the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth. Treatment typically takes 15 minutes. JUVÉDERM® is the only hyaluronic acid filler FDA approved to last up to one year.
